Save Schenley High School from being closed

Many Schenley Alumni that are going to be in da' Burgh for the Turkey Day weekend, are volunteering to participate in the canvasing petition drive of registered Pgh voters in targeted districts. It appears several different neighborhoods will be canvased SATURDAY from early morning through late afternoon, so hopefully everyone will be able to find a time to volunteer for a few hours throughout Saturday.

We expect to receive tonight, details from the Schenley Alumni organizers who created and are coordinating this effort. As soon as we receive the details (Times & Places to assemble as well as the Facebook Event link), we will post the information here, on our Facebook Profile http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=722789652, and via bulk email transmissions.

While this is a Schenley Alumni managed Event, they are reaching out and also need the Parents of current & past Schenley Students, plus current Schenley Students to participate Saturday.
