If this moving to Reizenstein goes through (or say, goes through for long enough for them to fix Schenley), what is the reasoning behind not adding in 9th graders?
The capacity is far greater than 9th grade IB/IS students plus those moving from Schenley. Especially if you figure in some loss. It also doesn't make sense for kids that are coming from other schools to go to Frick for a year, doesn't make sense for math classes, basically, doesn't make sense at all.
Has anyone heard a good explanation? |

I don't think the Frick to Schenley/Reizenstein move has been though through completely. I don't think that it makes sense to any of us. Many of us think that it will hurt enrollment in the IB program which is the opposite of what they say they are trying to do. We need to deep pushing this issue. |
